Mr. Vinayak S Kale
Mr. Vinayak S. Kale brings a strong professional background from the automobile industry and is the visionary mind behind Breadeezz. Driven by a lifelong passion for cooking and innovation, he transitioned from a successful corporate career to pursue his mission of creating healthy, hygienic, and flavorful food for all generations. What began as a personal hobby evolved into a purpose-driven food venture, with Mr. Kale personally developing recipes and baking breads that emphasize quality, nutrition, and taste. His clear vision was to offer innovative, wholesome food solutions suitable for children, working professionals, and senior citizens alike.
After developing the Breadeezz menu, he conducted extensive sampling across schools, corporate offices, and communities, receiving overwhelming positive feedback. This led to the formal establishment of Breadeezz under Spandaan Stuffs & Fusion Foods Pvt. Ltd., now a registered trademark under the Government of India.
Mr. Kale managed canteen operations at Gopal Sharma International School and Chandrabhan Sharma Degree College, successfully putting the concept into practice. Breadeezz has further achieved international recognition, with its products being sampled and appreciated by Mr. Ralph, Owner & President of Ralph’s Wines, Philippines, resulting in a formal international business offer. With a scalable business model, strong brand differentiation, and early international validation, Breadeezz is strategically positioned for pan-India expansion and global growth as a QSR brand, His motto centers on strategic business excellence, quality food, and customer satisfaction.
